NVCleanstall can work offline when the NVIDIA driver package you want to customize is already stored on the PC. This is useful for repeatable setups, machines with limited connectivity, and controlled driver deployment.

Download the exact NVIDIA driver package you plan to use while you still have connectivity, then keep it in a clearly named folder.
Keep a recovery package
Save a known-good driver installer too, especially if the target machine is remote or difficult to recover.
Select the local driver package

Use the NVCleanstall option for an existing driver package rather than online discovery. The utility can then unpack and customize what is already available locally.
Build a reusable package
Use Build Package for repeatability
A built package makes it easier to reuse the same component choices later. Version 1.19.0 limits compression threads to reduce memory pressure during this process.
